Locally Roasted and Quality Guarantee
Since 2019, we have been roasting our coffee locally in the back of our coffee shop. Sourcing only top grade beans we have worked diligently to bring excellent roasted beans while also making sure we know the story of the farms and farmers in which we purchase from. Every one of our roasts are single origin so that we can always pay homage to the flavor each roast brings.
When it comes to the farms and farmers - their stories are important to us. Our main espresso bean comes from Papua New Guinea. When we purchase from the Sigri Estate and Bunum Wo Estate in Papua New Guinea, a portion of those funds go to provide free housing for the farmers and their families, free healthcare and free education for the children who live on the farm.

House Made Syrups and Quality Milk
We don't cut corners here at Historic Perk. From the beginning, quality and consistency has been key for us.
When it comes to flavors, we make all of our syrups in our shop daily. We have never used pre-made purchased syrups and we never will. You can tell the difference.
Our milk is purchased from a local family owned dairy farm. All of the milk produced is quality hormone free milk and served out of glass bottles.
These key factors provides our customers with the perfect cup of coffee every visit.

If you have visited us at any point, you will know that we love our customers! Our goal is that when you step into our coffee shop you are welcomed like you are part of the family and that you feel right at home. We love to get to know each customer and learn their stories!
We also believe in community and investing in our community. You can often find us sponsoring local sports teams, setting up with our mobile coffee cart at different events and school functions and sports, and actively being a part of betterment of our community as a whole.
